How to make an Upright Tail for Cosplay - Part 2 - Covering the Base

- The tail base that you made from part 1
- Sewing machine
- Plastic wrap
- Masking or painter’s tape
- Marker
- Paper scissors
- Fur
- Fabric scissors
- Pins
- Needle & Thread
- Electric clipper
- Mock up fabric
- Press studs
- Wire
- Wire snips
- Pliers
- E6000 glue
- Hook & Eyes
- Felt
- Organza
