Fun Sparky Todoroki Facts:
-Sparky uses her natural blue for Todoroki! She's wearing just one brown contact. The red scar makes it pop so much it looks like a circle lens.
-Sparky uses actual glitter for Todoroki's ice side-his highlight is always frosty.
