Time for another DREAM DRESS!!!!!! This time: Mary Poppins' "Jolly Holiday" dress! GAWRSH I frickin' love this movie and this scene so much. Let's MAKE IT.
For this video, I wanted to show you the three different ways I usually put together my cosplays: Buying, Thrifting or Making. Cosplay can be intimidating, so let's break it down process by process.
