How To Make Bright, Colorful, Ombre Angel Wings

In this tutorial I turned white angel wings into bright, multi color parrot or bird wings. This is perfect if you are plaining to be a bird for halloween or for a costume party and need wings in a specific color or color combination. I need these wings for my Pepita Cosplay in my last Coco Video.
