How to make Puff Sleeves (tutorial)

Do you need a puff sleeve for your next cosplay, costume or outfit? Need some help getting the right shape? Then hopefully this will help!

In this tutorial, I will show you how to alter a sleeve block (free to download) to get three different versions of a puff sleeve. I will also show you two ways to maximize volume and two ways to gather the sleeves.
