what's good? how ya doin? it's ya girl Dee back with another video.
shopping around for some new makeup supplies this past weekend, i popped into Rue 21 and was pleased to find a set of makeup brushes that are damn near identical to that of the Fenty Beauty Complexion brushes from 2017. the two that were the most similar are the actual face brushes, which are dupes for the Fenty 110 Foundation Brush, and the Fenty 120 Cheek Hugging Highlight Brush.
valued at $12.99, the brushes are versatile and can be used for multiple purposes. the cheek hugging highlight brush i used to apply concealer. the 4 pack of brushes also include a brow brush and an eyeshadow brush, but i wasn't too terribly interested in how those fared, since fenty didn't drop dedicated eye brushes until this year (and even still, they are all over eyeshadow and a tapered blending/crease brush. not similar to those in this 4 pack.)
the Fenty brushes are a little more expensive than i originally thought. the foundation brush is $34, and the highlighting brush is $32. if you don't have Fenty Money's, but want to look like you do lol, then you may be interested in this brush set.
