A day in the life: Lockdown 2021

In this video, I go over some of my fitness tips for when you're stuck at home and how to stay motivated. It's very important to keep up your routine and consistency, even if the world is trying to stop you. Follow me along on one of my workouts and some of my daily routine and learn a little bit about how you can apply my ethos to your day!

Routine (please note this works for me and may not work for you. Consult a physician before undertaking any exercise program):
10 minute warmup

CHEST
Incline dumbbell press/ decline push-up
2 x warmup sets
3 x 6-10 reps

Flat bench dumbbell press/ standard push-up
1 x warmup set
3 x 6-10 reps

TRICEPS
Dips/ chair dips
3 x 6-10 reps

Cable Crossover/ floor fly
3 x 12-15 reps

Cable pull down/ chair dips
3 x 12-15

Lying dumbbell French press/ close grip pushups
3 x 8-12 reps

Tricep kickbacks/ diamond push-ups
3 x 8-12 reps

ABDOMINALS
2 x 20-25 of each of the below exercises minus plank

Seated reverse crunch
Russian twist
Crunch
Plank- 45-60 seconds
