So, I talk a lot in the video, but Blue Apron is a great service I've used to learn how to cook, expand my palette, and reduce the amount of waste I buy at the grocery store. You choose your meals for the week (customizable by portion sizes and number of meals) and they send you the farm-fresh ingredients right to your door :) If you're looking to get a little fancier than a microwave bean burger (guilty), I've found these recipes to be really exciting and just challenging enough for a beginner "chef". I chose a Mushroom & Broccoli Casserole! I thought it would be cool to include the link so you can follow along if you wish:
