This was an idea I got while contemplating why Eren's titan form never showed itself before he was eaten. If it's triggered by self infliction, why hasn't he shifted when he's cut his finger by accident or bitten his tongue? So instead of trying to reach a conclusion, I made a video about it. Enjoy
