How to make a Batgirl Mask/Symbol completely out of makeup.
This mainly uses the James Charles Palette with almost every other product being from the drug store. Let me know if you would like to see more makeup tutorials! I'd love to diversify what I do to include makeup as well as other aspects of costuming.
