Katsucon is a 3-day anime and cosplay convention held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Despite the rain, wind, and incredibly large crowd this year, Katsucon once again pulled up an epic array of amazing cosplayers from all over the world.
