Bob Ross Painting Tutorial on my ELSA COSPLAY?! - Northern Lights

I follow a Bob Ross Paining Tutorial on the front skirt of my Elsa Cosplay. This was a really cool idea but resulted in so much frustration for me. I'm overall happy with the finished product but this was SUCH A JOURNEY to get there. I'm following his Northern Lights tutorial with Tulip fabric paint on a floor length satin skirt. This video has been a month in the making and my biggest YouTube project yet! Part two is coming next week.
