[Build Log] Mitaiken Horizon Skirt - Part One!

Hello Friends! ♡

Today we are starting on a brand new project - Mitaiken Horizon Hanamaru! I've wanted to make this costume since we first saw them last year and I'm so happy to have finally made it! It's so fluffy and cute~! ♡

This skirt is pretty straight forward but that gave us a great opportunity to play with fabrics and embellishments! Let me know what your favorite fabric on this skirt is!
