[Build Log] Princess Mercury Part 2 - The Over Dress

Today we're going to be finishing my Princess Mercury Costume~ I made this costume for my Patreon last month and am so happy with how it came out! It's so flowy and pretty! ♡

But every costume presents its challenges! I made a pretty substantial mistake while making this costume and had to spend a good chunk of time making up for it. Oh well, live and learn!
