This is the fifth part of a new series of making The Evil Queen from Disney's Snow White. This version is from the Tokyo DisneySea Villain World Show! In this tutorial I demonstrate how to make the cape. It was a lot of fun to make and is absolutely stunning. I love the fabric from Mood Fabric! This would also be great for Halloween, cosplay, or comic con.
