Something personal that I don't normally talk openly about is the fact I have ADHD and have suffered from depression.
As a result, a task I find really hard is cleaning ......

So I decided to make a little chill video of me just....cleaning my space! My hope is that when you're feeling a lil unmotivated you can play this video and we can clean together!
I always like to say "a clean space equals a clean mind" and it is something I am trying to improve every day.
