Comic Con Stockholm 2021 - Cosplay performance - Raphtalia from The Rising of the Shield Hero

This was my performance at Comic Con Stockholm's cosplay competition at Sunday 2021. I cosplayed as Raphtalia in her young version from The Rising of the Shield Hero/Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari.

I've had this idea of a performance for Raphtalia ever since I started working on this cosplay. It's based of episode two of the anime and also a bit inspiration when I was in a dark period of my life. This anime was the highlight for me when it debuted during the time I was feeling very sad and lost. Raphtalia inspired me to rise and focusing on doing what I'm passionated about in my life. I'm so thankful for having my family/friends for being there for me and supporting me as well.

I won best performance in the competition which means a lot to me since Raphtalia is a dear character to me, so I was so happy that my performance was well received by the judges and the audience.

It's the ending song ”Kimi no Namae/Your Name” from ”The Rising of the Shield Hero/Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari”. The English lyrics and the song is by mewsic. Please check it out here
