Cosplay Waist Bag Tutorial - Naruto

How to make the Naruto waist bag seen on multiple Naruto characters.
In hindsight I think I should have added stiffiner. I definitely had to be creative to get it to have a rounded shape when I was only using fabric. The bag is also lined.
