Cosplayers Are MAD About This Interview

Here are my thoughts on the Stella Chuu interview with Inkwell. Particularly, when Stella talks about her opinion on cosplay competitions. I was hesitant to show the full clip because of the hurtful responses of some of the cosplayers or people in the comment section that lead to Inkwell deleting some of the footage in the first place. I don't want to further contribute to the harassment they received, but I want my viewers to get the full picture of what I am discussing.

This cosplay controversy made many people feel invalidated for the hours of work and effort they put into their craft. I feel for those cosplayers. Cosplay is for EVERYONE!! The only rule to cosplay is that you have to wear it yourself and try to embody the character you're cosplaying. Every part of the community is special in it's own way.

However, insulting people on an individual basis rather then disagreeing with their opinion is harmful. This is not okay and is not welcome on my channel.
