This time I show you how I made my first foam piece ever! A Half-Helmet for my angewomon Cosplay. This tutorial is split into two parts.
This part is about creating a pattern and building a basic helmet with high density foam.
Now its time to wrap some details in worblas black art, do an invisible attachement with magnets and paint all parts with acrylics.

High Density foam 2mm, 5mm, 10mm
Contact Glue: Pattex Kraftkleber Classic
Half Wooden Pearls: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm
Woodglue/ Holzleim Ponal Classic
Magnets Neodym 10x3mm
Magnets Neodym 15x3mm (I would use these for the PVC and insight the helmet cause they are stronger)
