Cruella 2021 Easy Makeup Tutorial

I made Cruella's coat from the "I just wanna be a dog" scene from the 2021 movie! I was obsessed with the fashion and style of the movie. I was challenged in Casey Neistat's Monthly class to tell a story and so I built this coat in 4 days!
