i'mma say this now-- if you aren't here for a Plus Size Woman, if you aren't body positive, if a little bit of gut bothers you, EXIT THIS VIDEO NOW. i have zero tolerance for any kind of negativity and you will be blocked and reported immediately if you bring any hateration or holleration in this dancerie.
now that the disclaimer is out of the way, back in January i purchased from DebShops.com, i ordered a dress for my company party (and looked BANGIN too, might i add.) i posted the pic on instagram, and tagged them accordingly.
i had NO clue that by tagging them and using their hashtag, that i was inadvertently entering myself in a contest to win a $100.00 gift card! come through blessings!
i waited to use the gift card, unless i genuinely needed to. as it turns out, i ripped through a couple nice pairs of jeans, and back when Deb was in my local malls, many of the jeans they carried fit me to a T. hoping for the same results, i ordered a few pairs of jeans from them again, as well as a dress, skirt, and a pair of joggers.
the jeans were normally $29.95 each. although the specific brand of the jeans i purchased are known as "American Bazi," the website doesn't specify or denote this. they do show them being modeled with an accurate description in appearance, as well as a description of the size that the model is wearing and her measurements.
the skirt was a clearance item, as of right now it's still $15.00 but i can't guarantee the availability depending on when you choose to purchase. that was the only thing i had issues with. looking at the model and where the top of the skirt is sitting on her waist, if i hike it up a little bit more, then i might be able to get it zipped, or to try and zip it in the front first and then twist it back to normal. i didn't realize that you could see a smidgen of my drawz but i'm okay with it, cheeks ain't hanging out so we'll be fine. the brand for the skirt was "Clothing Obsessed Company."
the joggers were super cute and comfortable. regular price is $34.95. they have lots of pockets and can be worn in a couple different ways.
the dress is normally $49.95, and fit perfectly. the belt apparently ties in the front lol. it's a very thin material so i would wait until warmer temps to wear it, or throw a pair of leggings on top.
other than that, my favorite item that i got were the low rise jeans. looking at their site, they're labeled as high rise, but the product number matches the tag on my pants and my shipping invoice. i will double check with them before i purchase the other pairs i want to make sure that i don't get high waisted jeans again.
