DIY Cosplay Boot Covers Tutorial

How I made my boot covers for my Supergirl cosplay!
This tutorial covers patterning, sewing, adding bias, topstitching, and gluing boot covers. There are also some tips at the end on how to stop your boot covers from sliding down. This is a permanent boot cover method and is best for stretchy fabrics though I'm sure you can modify these methods for your own needs as well!
I've been talking about making a fabric boot cover tutorial for a long time now so I hope this tutorial helps you and was worth the wait!
