Here's how I made this really cool flaming arrow head using some steel wool and a crossbow dart. I used a 9volt battery and wired it up to a crossbow so that it would ignite the steel wool right before it was shot. This spy gadget is based off the superhero Hawkeye and his many high tech arrow heads.
