DIY Serenity Cosplay Wings Tutorial - Sailor Moon

How to make Queen Serentity/NeoQueen Serenity/Princess Serenity wings from Sailor Moon! These are made out of only wire and fabric. They are super lightweight, easy to make, and really durable too. So far this has been the simplest and easiest to wear of all the cosplay wings I've made so far. These wings were designed to be able to easily slide into the back of a Queen Serenity dress. I'm a wheelchair user so I also show how I attached these to the back of my wheelchair!
