Learn how I made this 6 million volt electric arrow head out of a mini taser. This arrow features a double tipped end that will deliver a massive shock on impact. This arrow can be shot out of a mini crossbow and is inspired by super heros with bows like Halkeye and the Green Arrow. I am not using this as a weapon it's more of a prop.
