DIY Tecna Cosplay Fairy Wings Tutorial - Winx Club

How I made my Tecna Magic Winx wings from Winx Club. These wings were made out of steel gauge wire and vinyl tubing. They come together really quick and were less than $20 for the hardware store supplies. These wings are attached to the back with elastic straps worn over the shoulders, but I prefer to wear the wings on the back of my wheelchair as a cute wheelchair decoration instead!
