Taki's swords from Soul Calibur 6 are the perfect example to show you how to build katanas, great swords, daggers and so much more out of simple EVA foam. It took me just one day to build them (and one more for Benni to paint) and it was super fun! All you need is some foam and a solid rod for the core. Let me know if you have more questions!
