review of the entire ELF Beautifully Precise Collection:
what's good?! tis ya girl Dee back with another video.
i got my hands on the new elf swirl foundation brush and i'm in love. it's from their beautifully precise collection which dropped last fall; brushes that have a triangular handle and very dense white bristles to let you see where the product is and apply it accordingly. this particular brush is $10.00 and is rose shaped (kind of like a rose budding) and has a little "fluid reservoir" to hold, swirl and blend liquid foundation out. you can customize the level of coverage and go as sheer or as full as you would like. this brush is gorgeous, super efficient, and cost effective too. for the competition out there, $10.00 is a steal. the only drawback is cleaning the brushes, it usually takes a little bit of elbow grease and a whole lotta cleaner to get the bristles back to their original brightness, or as close to it as possible. but if you can deal with that, then this brush is an asset.
