Fabric Wheelchair Spoke Cover Tutorial - Pokeball Wheels!

I'm making fabric wheel covers for my wheelchair!
If you have been following me for some time, then you know that I have figured out a pretty good method for decorating my crutches. I now use a wheelchair much more frequently so that left the question of...how do I decorate my wheelchair? This is my first draft at a quick, cheap, and easy way to decorate my wheelchair to match my cosplays. It certainly isn't perfect, but I think this is a good starting place for me to work on future versions of wheelchair cosplays!
