sidenote-- 2/25/17, i discovered apparently you don't have to have 1000 subscribers for monetization, only for paid content such as youtube red. working with youtube help forum to figure out why it's not working on my channel since i've been eligible this entire time supposedly. wish me luck! we're still going for 1000 subscribers!
