Halloween Decora Makeover! (ft. Art the Kid)

I'm trying out a Decora look! My fashion style for most of my life has been oversized shirts and sweatpants so I wanted to branch out and try something completely different!
I'm trying on a Halloween themed decora look with the help of youtuber, Art the Kid.
I knew I was going to need some help with an outfit so far outside my comfort zone and Art the Kid was a huge help in putting this coord together!
