Who is the fairest one of all?
This is the final part of a series of making The Evil Queen from Disney’s Snow White. This version is from the Tokyo DisneySea Villain World Show! In this tutorial I demonstrate how to do all the finishing touches including hemming, fasteners, and how I attached everything all together for wear. It was a lot of fun to make and is absolutely stunning. This would also be great for Halloween, cosplay, or comic con.
