Foam pattern from kamui cosplay at 110% scale. It came out a little small, probably should have done 120% scale to account for the material thickness.
Materials used - medium density 6mm foam, 1mm foam for brim at faux stitching, low density 6mm foam for hat band. All glued with barge contact cement and eco-weld for the faux stitching. 3d printed goggles hot glued on. Acrylic airbrush paint. Acrylic paint.
