Welcome to my full DIY tutorial on how to make a spider lily flower out of crepe paper and wire! Super easy and relaxing to make with cheap materials!

If you love anime, chances are, you have seen red spider lilies used in some of the shows you've watched! The higanbana flower is known as the anime death flower and I made some for a Demon Slayer cosplay photoshoot! I'd love to see more people use them so I hope this tutorial is helpful!

Materials needed:
Floral wire (22 - 24 gauge
Elmer's glue
An old rag or towel
Ruler
Scissors
Small brush

1 Spider lily cluster consists of 6 individual flowers
Each flower has 6 petals + 7 stamens

Measurement guide:
cut crepe paper petals:
width - 1.25" or 3.2cm
length - 4" or 10.16cm
petal wire length - 7" or 17.75cm
apply glue to wire length - 4" or 10.16cm
stamens wire length - 7" or 17.75cm
cut paper strips to wrap stamens - 0.25" or or 0.635cm or 6.35mm
