This is a how-to for making a glowing, bubbly D&D Potion of Toxicity that would also be great for Halloween! This tutorial includes modifying fairy lights into bubbles (0:46), covering the cork (1:05), adding a green oozy fluid (1:20), and adding gold embellishments (2:01)!
