HOW-TO: Joker Makeup

This is a tutorial for how I did my Female Joker Makeup! This is inspired by a mixture of Joker from the classic Batman cartoon and a little from the Dark Knight! I was streaming the process on Twitch, so sorry I'm talking in some of it!
