How-To: Light Up Potion of Water Breathing

This is a how-to for making a D&D Potion of Water Breathing light up using stopper string lights modified to be bubbles! This tutorial includes how to make a fish net (0:46), how to make worbla seaweed (2:14), and how to turn fairy lights into bubbles (3:28)!
