This is how to make a Mini Flare Gun for a low price. Its only materials are a rubber band, a pen, some tape, a lighter, and a sparkler. It costs around $2-3 and is very easy to make. It uses the rubber bands to launch a lit piece of the sparkler into the air. This looks very cool and is a fun project to make. Use caution when launching, have water or a fire extinguisher close by.
