How to make a Mini Petticoat Tutorial | DIY Cosplay Skirt

Do you need a bit more OOMPH in your mini skirt? Then here is a tutorial for how you can make your very own Mini Petticoat - perfect for those short yet full skirts in anime and manga. Idol petticoats anyone?!

Mine is made out of organza but they can also be made out of tulle.
You will need a single roll of either in your preferred colour (organza will be a bit stiffer than the tulle in my experience). The roll should be 29cm x 25m (or 11 inches x 28 yards).
