How to Make a Mini Tesla Coil

Before I anger any of you electronic professionals out there, Its not exactly a Tesla Coil but will act somewhat similar. Its main component is an ion generator, that runs off of 120volts AC power. Because of the high voltage, I urge you to be safe about it, and coat every exposed wire or connection with ample tape or liquid rubber. This is a fun project that can be done for very cheep.
