Do you need a WOW factor for your next cosplay? Have you considered having an overskirt that turns into a peacock-like tail structure? Then this is the tutorial for you!
This has been hotly requested since I debuted my Toph Beifong cosplay at PAX Australia (design by @_sunsetdragon_) and won the Australian Preliminary of the Cosplay Central Crown Championships. I am very happy to give you a bit of a tutorial of how to make your own from your next cosplay or costume!
