This is perfect for an advanced beginner - intermediate sewer.

What you'll need:
- Tulle (ie. a roll of in either 6 or 12 inch) - can also work with organza
- Ribbon
- Lining material
- Elastic
- Sewing machine
- Scissors
- Tape measure
- Thread
- Pins
