How to make Badge Ribbons for Pop Culture Conventions | HTVRONT Heat Press Review

Conventions are back! And that means that the badge ribbon game is afoot! This is not a big thing in Australia so I am excited to get involved with it in the USA when I attend both Holiday Matsuri and Anime Los Angeles.
Some details from the video:
What you’ll need:
Approximately 2 inch wide ribbon, preferably light in colour.
Ruler
Pinking sheers
Normal scissors
Iron-On Transfer paper. (Plus a printer and computer.)
No sew or iron hemming tape
A heat press/ iron.
And an ironing board
Measurements:
Cut ribbons to be 4 inches in length (a little over 10cm)
Designs should be about 1.25" x 3.5" (3cm x 9cm)
Cut hemming tape to be about 3.5" (9cm)
