How to make Pleats (tutorial)

Is your next cosplay or costume needing some pleats? Maybe its a school skirt, or a detail on the hem or cuff, or maybe even a historical gown? Then here’s some techniques for you to use!

It's no secret for those who follow me on my other social media - pleating is my JAM! I've been wanting to make this video for the last year, but just only got around to it.
