How to make Shae (Handmaiden): A Simple Game of Thrones (GoT) costume/ cosplay

To celebrate the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones starting on April 14th, here is a tutorial on how you can make a costume / cosplay of either Shae or Ros (just change the colour to orange/yellow).
