Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipsticks: Swatches/Review

what's good?! how ya doin? it's ya girl Dee, back with another video.
so i have had these Huda Beauty Liquid Matte lipsticks in my collection for forever and have never sought to use them. and here we are.
the description from sephora states that the lipstick is long wearing and has transfer proof properties, but it takes FOREVER TO DRY. once a matte lipstick is set, then yes, it can be transfer resistent, but it took me a long time to get to that point. the pigment is definitely there though, but other than the time for it to set, that's the only drawback that i have.
i have the shades vixen and silver fox. both are beautiful shades, although silver fox is just a bit too bright for me on it's own, so i toned it down with a black matte to help modify the look, and for the first time doing an ombre lip, i'm pleased.
the lipsticks are $20.00 at sephora's site as well as huda's. not a necessity, especially if you're a collector like me and have plenty of lip products as it is. but still nice to have in your arsenal.
