I Made a Historically Inspired Rosie Cosplay | Hazbin Hotel Cosplay
Here's the process I took to make my recent cosplay of Rosie from Hazbin Hotel. While not historically accurate, and despite using a lot of modern sewing techniques, she does have Edwardian inspired elements throughout, including a large merry widow hat, shirtwaist and tulip shaped walking skirt.
