Is this the strangest cosplay design I've ever done?

What do you get when you are flying over to the other side of the world, want to make something iconically Australian, but are also going to a Victorian Ball, need it to double up as a cosplay for guesting at ALA, AND it needs to be made quickly?
A Bluey-inspired 1860 Victorian Ball Gown of course!

Join me as I made this entire outfit in less than 1 month (around working a full time job!).
