japan vlog: joining the gym, yokohama english garden, going to an idol show!

This week was really stacked, and I'm so happy about adding the gym into my daily routine! I've been training for a few years, since 2020, and the gym has really become a nice 3rd place I can go outside of working from home all the time!~
